Ok, make sure you have something like cam unzip for zip files or winrar for rar files. you can download trail versions for free. then find the files you want to unzip make sure you have a file in your sims games called downloads, make one if you dont have it. Then click on your zip file and chose open, then it will have a destination path and find your downloads file then click extract. and it will show in game! make sure you have the meshes needed for clothes.
