Will you get banned from xbox live if you play with a modded console but using a legit game ?
Say I have a modded console but I’d like to play on xbox live and I’ve got a legit game, will they ban me ?
PD: If they’d ban me, could I still play offline and keep my current gamerscore and profile ?
If you modded it through a chip then with a switch you can disable the modify so you don’t have problems in Xbox live. If you flashed the firmware of your drive then you risk to get banned. You can still use a banned console to play offline without any problem There are websites that provide you live alerts scan to inform you when Microsoft seeks for modded consoles so you can avoid to connect in those periods.
